Every camera.
One link. Anywhere.
Run JP Spy on your own server (it uses the free go2rtc streaming engine to talk to your cameras), then claim jpspy.cam/myhome - a single page that finds all of your places, even behind a home router with no port forwarding.
How it works
Five steps. Your server does the heavy lifting; this site just points people to it.
Install JP Spy
Run the installer on a small always-on computer. It sets up go2rtc for you too.
Add your cameras
Tell go2rtc where each camera is, then add them in JP Spy.
Claim your name
Create an account and pick a name like myhome. That becomes your address.
Link your server
Get a one-time code and enter it on your server. That proves the server is yours.
Open it anywhere
Switch on the tunnel, or use your own address. Add more places any time.
Powered by go2rtc
JP Spy reads your cameras with go2rtc, a free, open-source streaming engine. It connects to each camera once and shares that stream with the recorder and everyone watching, so more viewers never means more load on your cameras. The JP Spy installer sets it up; you only tell it where your cameras are.
Built to stay out of your way
Private by design, simple to live with.
Your video stays yours
Recordings, faces and camera passwords live on your own server. We keep only names and addresses.
Works behind any router
Switch on the tunnel and your server becomes reachable with no port forwarding and no fixed address.
One address, every place
Share a single link. People pick a location and open its cameras.
Sign-in stays with you
Passwords and two-step codes are checked by your own server, not by this site.
